The Client Services Manager role is pivotal in crafting Light Iron’s exemplary client experience. The role is responsible for the client experience, which includes offering high-quality food and beverage options that are tailored to our clients’ preferences; proactively checking in on all clients to ensure we are exceeding their expectations; professionally rolling calls and taking concise messages; and maintaining a welcoming, spotless environment that allows our clients to do their best work.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with excellent people skills, creativity, and organization. An interest in a career in post-production and prior experience in hospitality or food service is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a high-performing client service and administrative team that consistently impresses clients and internal stakeholders.
- Foster Client Service and Administrative Assistant personnel skills and professional development.
- Create an evolving, high-quality menu of in-house food and beverage options that clients can order from.
- Tailor snack and meal options based upon client preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Consistently seek out new, exciting, and healthy snacks that will delight clients and staff.
- Ability to create a variety of drinks depending on client requests.
- Professionally greet and guide clients during their time in the facility. Nurture a positive, collaborative, and welcoming environment that’s consistent with Light Iron’s brand.
- Proactively check-in on clients, guests, and artists to ensure their sessions are running smoothly and all needs have been met.
- Receive, roll, and take clear messages of incoming calls when the administrative assistant is unavailable.
- Maintain a spotless and inviting client environment for all client areas including, but not limited to, the lobby, reception desk, client service desk, common areas, kitchen, patio, stockrooms, and restrooms.
- Ideate, coordinate, and execute client and staff events such as onsite client presentations, offsite mixers, and staff parties.
- Create purchase orders, expense credit card charges, and work to manage extraneous costs.
- Draft, update, and organize department documentation, inventories, and best practices.
- Spearhead new ideas for departmental growth that clients will love and will set Light Iron apart from its competitors.
- Assist with any light human resources administrative duties, such as scanning employee documents.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Slack, and food delivery platforms.
- An eye for modern food presentation and an affinity for hospitality.
- Knowledge of and ability to executive common coffee, tea, and simple cocktail recipes.
- Outgoing, personable, and energetic.
- Discretion and professionalism, especially when dealing with high-profile clientele.
- Highly perceptive and attentive to client needs.
- Self-starter who consistently develops new ideas to enhance the client experience.
- Minimum of two years of prior experience managing at least one direct report in a professional environment.
- Minimum of two years of prior experience in post-production, food service, or hospitality.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Must own a vehicle, have a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record.
This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and reach with hands and arms; and be able to lift product or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:Prompt and regular attendance is required. Prompt and regular on-site attendance is required. This position is a full time (40 hours per week) position. Employees are expected to begin work at the start of their scheduled shift and to complete their assigned work shift according to the responsibilities of their position.
This position works standard business hours each week and may require overtime and weekend work.
Travel:No travel is expected.

Salary Range:$20.00 - $25.00 / Per Hour
