Chief Marketing Officer, Panavision
Lesley Kantor oversees global brand strategy for Panavision and its portfolio of divisions. She leads a team responsible for executing worldwide marketing initiatives including content development, advertising, publicity, sponsorships, social media activations, trade shows, and special events. Before joining Panavision in 2018, Kantor served as vice president of Marketing and Branded Content for Viacom Media Networks, where she oversaw the MTV, VH1, Comedy Central, and Paramount Network digital and social media sponsorships team. There she was charged with developing multi-platform campaigns for movie studio, streaming, and video game advertisers. Prior to her time at Viacom, Kantor was a talent agent at Paradigm Talent Agency & BWCS Agency, where she represented cinematographers, editors, production designers, and line producers. She earned an MBA from the University of Southern California and holds a B.A. in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
