- Visitor Hours are 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Crew will not be able to enter the facility unless they have been pre-booked. Please email your Sales & Marketing Representative with the names of who will be visiting the facility and their approximate arrival time at least 48 hour in advance of arrival.
- All visitors (including drivers and PAs) must be scheduled for an appointment to be admitted.
- All visitors (including drivers and PAs) can access the parking lot through the north driveway.
- Please only bring in what is necessary to prep the job. Leave everything else in your vehicle.
- Sign-in is located at the Shipping/Receiving entrance.
- Upon entering the facility, visitors will be asked to sign in and out of our visitor notification system, in the process acknowledging our NDA and the Visitor Attestation.
- All crew equipment will need to be cleaned at our location prior to entering the facility. A staff member will meet crew in the Shipping/Receiving area for cleaning. Once cleaned, gear will be allowed in the prep area.
- Facemasks are required to be worn at all times. PPE is available on-site if needed.
- **NEW: EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 22, 2021**
- All visitors to the Woodland Hills facility will be required to personally check in with the facility security guard onsite at either the main reception area or the security station in our Shipping & Receiving Department. Upon verification of signing in, visitors will be issued a colored wristband indicating they are clear and approved to enter the facility. The wristbands must and will be worn at all times while in the facility, indicating the person is approved and authorized to be in the facility. Wristbands will be monitored by all department managers, supervisors and security. Anyone not wearing a wristband will be sent back to security to review the sign-in process and secure a wristband before re-entering.

Important Visitor Information
- We will be open from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Facemasks are required to be worn when entering 150 Varick by the building management company.
- Facemasks are required to be worn at all times at Panavision New York. PPE is available on-site if needed.

- All visitors (including drivers and PAs) can access Panavision through the lobby elevator or stairs. Alternatively, the building has designated one freight elevator for passengers only to access our floor. This is located on Spring Street entrance.
- If returning equipment, please contact Sales & Marketing Representative to schedule return with the names of who will be visiting the facility and their approximate arrival time at least 48 hour in advance of arrival.
- Loading dock with access to freight elevator is currently Loading only and is not permitting STANDING. We recommend a film permit for street parking.
- Please only bring in what is necessary to prep the job. When scheduling prep with Sales & Marketing Representative, please be sure to discuss personal gear and/or crew carts to ensure we have space allocated for prep.
- Sign-in is located at Reception. There will be additional sign in for drivers Shipping/Freight elevators.
- Upon entering the facility, visitors will be asked to sign in and out of our visitor notification system, in the process acknowledging our NDA and the Visitor Attestation.
