Sony SRW 5000
The SRW-5000 is a full-bandwidth high definition VTR, capable of recording the gamut of HD frame/line rates. It records a 1080-line input signal at 23.98, 25, 25, 29.97 and 30 frames/second in Progressive Segmented Frame format, and at 50 and 59.94 field/second, in Interlace format.It can also record and playback at 720P (1280 x 720 @ 59.94i). It can play back existing HDCAM tapes (with downconversion) and, by means of an optional decoder, Digital Betacam tapes with upconversion to 1080i or 720P.
